Talaria

Terms of service

Draft: these terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

These terms are between the operator of Talaria ("we") and the company that signs up ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Talaria is a shared board for tracking tenders. It reads tender emails you forward to it and, if you give us your GEP supplier login, reads your tender list and details from GEP. It only reads: it never accepts, declines, submits or changes anything on GEP or any buyer portal. Parsing of emails and GEP pages is automated and can be wrong or late. We do not guarantee that every tender is captured; you stay responsible for your bid decisions and deadlines.

Your GEP login

You confirm you are allowed to give us the login and that doing so is consistent with your agreement with the buyer and with GEP's terms. We store it encrypted and use it only to read your tenders, at a gentle pace. If GEP rejects it we stop syncing until you save a new one.

Payment

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider CHIP. Prices exclude SST unless shown otherwise. Your card is charged automatically at each renewal until you cancel. If a payment fails we retry a few times; if it is still unpaid after 7 days your account becomes read-only. A promotional price applies for the period stated with the code, after which the then-current price applies.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time in Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for periods already paid, unless we made an error.

Your data

Your tenders and team belong to you. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. When an account is read-only or cancelled we keep your data and you can still view it and export it as CSV. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not misuse the service, try to access another company's data, or overload it. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost bids or indirect loss.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Malaysian law governs them.
